WiFi Connection Problems with Huawei B525S 4g Router

I have recently started having problems with my Huawei B525S 4G Router - My IPad and Iphone wont connect to the WiFi and I keep being told I’m using the wrong password, but I’m not. If I switch everything off and on again then it connects fine. Any ideas?

The same issue is potentially causing problems with connecting to a Sky Wifi Booster located in my lounge so I can no longer acces Sky via the Minibox in that room. I suspect the problem is with my EE 4G Router and not the SKY Booster due to the connection issues as per 1st Paragraph.

It all was working perfectly until a couple of months ago but since then have spent many hours rebooting, switching off, reconnecting etc etc but can’t resolve problems.

Can anyone suggest reasons / solutions??

Hi @CAT0053,

Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you have already tried quite a few things to resolve this. With the connection happening with more than one device, it sounds more likely to be the router.

Have you spoken to our technical support team regarding the connection?

Alex 🙂

Hi Alex,

Due to Covid it seems to be impossible to actually get to speak to anybody!

Also not sure what number to contact technical support on, Can you advise?
