Why is my data balance incorrect?

Hi there,

 

I have a data allowance of 20GB p/mo and am in the US currently with work and despite buying a roam package it’s running down quick!

 

It was showing 18.4GB had been used already so I bought a 10GB bolt on to top it up... and immediately it went from “18.4GB of 20GB used” to “28.4GB of 30GB used”...?!?

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

Me too, ee is a funny network.  Just speak to customer service in India  lol and if you get a nice person they will sort it.  Ive just upgraded and they changed billing date and conned me into a 4g phone instead of 5g

@Laggy   If your speaking to a customer services agent in India then your not calling EE customer services are there aren’t any in India, it’s all UK and Ireland based. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
