I've purchased 2 data addons but my app is still showing I have zero data. They're both showing under addons but my data balance is zero

If you text BA to 150 what does it say?

Still zero data after phone reset.
BA sends text -

No it's not showing on the Web site. Just on the addons tab on the EE app (which is how I bought it)

Yes. 2 addons have been charged for (I thought I'd made a mistake and bought another one)and are both showing in the app
