Data addins not working

I've purchased 2 data addons but my app is still showing I have zero data. They're both showing under addons but my data balance is zero

Have you tried restarting your device? 

 

If you text BA to 150 what does it say?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Still zero data after phone reset.

 

BA sends text - 

Your current balance as of today 19:26 is £0.02. You have 246 minutes and 500 texts remaining until 09/11/2021 for your £5 Pack. Your remaining data includes of rolled over data. Can you visit add-on.ee.co.uk, how much data is showing?

No it's not showing on the Web site. Just on the addons tab on the EE app (which is how I bought it)

Yes. 2 addons have been charged for (I thought I'd made a mistake and bought another one)and are both showing in the app
