My smart watch contact has ended but I am still being charged. It ended on the 9th December 2020. I no longer have the watch and continuing to pay for nothing.
is there anyway this can be resolved?

These contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
If you no longer want to pay for it you should phone CS and give 30 days notice of cancellation.
