I've just purchased a new £15 PAYG sim- was for the £15 per month, unlimited text/calls and no contract.
Got it in the mail a few days later and popped it into the phone.
I get this message though?
Your current balance as of today 20:37 is £9.50. Your last top up was £10.00 on 01/11/2021 at 22:30.
Why do I only have £10 when I paid £15?
I have no data and after login into the EE app and registering the number (nightmare by the way) to check, I am asked to pick a pack? Thought I did this already when I purchased the SIM?

Did you pay £15 when you ordered the SIM card?
Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?
