Although it used to before, the My EE mobile app isn't showing my mobile data balance.
I can get it from the EE website but it's not coming through the mobile app.
What's the latest on fixing this?

What are you seeing on the front-screen where the data balance should be displayed?
You can access the same check by texting BALANCE or AL to 150 if necessary.
