I used to be able to open the app, click on the £10 amount, add in cvv number & the top up would go through simply. It has changed to a more difficult top up experience, where after entering cvv number, it says further details required, but there is no further buttons activated.
I now have to call 150 to top up, WHY has this been made impossible to top up easily through the app? It is VERY frustrating!

There was a button that wasn’t working before, Howe, it now appears to be working, so my top up went through now.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
