Why am I not appearing as account holder so I can view my bills?

Time and time again I try to view my bills but can't. The website is treating me like I'm not the account holder. I've searched the community and just not getting the answers

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to change your MyEE account settings so your able to have full access to MyEE.
