Unused PAC Code

Hi All!

I mistakenly requested a PAC code on my EE number instead of my business phone elsewhere. Am I right in saying that aslong as I dont use this (I obviously wont as dont want to leave) that it will just expire and my account wont close?

I'm just worried as I've started to get txts from 150 talking about final bills etc. I assume this is just automated incase?

Welcome to the community. 

The PAC is valid for 30 days. If you do not give the PAC to another provider in that time, your service with EE will continue as normal.

You don't need to do anything as long as the PAC is not used 🙂
