I placed an order last Tuesday 13th. Upgarde for my daufhters phone - on my account. Confirmation says it's in stock but I have not heard anything since. Have tried calling, online chat and email and get no help.

You need to call again I'm afraid there is no account access on here.
There is also no email address for EE so that is why there is nothing coming back on that.

I ordered an upgrade on 13th November, got my confirmation email saying the phone was in stock but then nothing. When I try to track it says the order cannot be tracked.
No message or email from DPD or EE.
Tried to call and just got a recorded message stating to wait for text from DPD.
Not good enough - I have 2 accounts with EE and expected more.
