Complex account issue

Kenworthington_
Visitor

I wasn't sure what this fell under but I think this is appropriate.

In April this year, I bought a new phone online. Circumstances arose where I was unable to collect the phone and hence the contract was cancelled and I was refunded. Perfectly fine.

I am now trying again but when I fill out my details when trying to purchase another phone, it recognizes that I already have an account with ee due to the April purchase.

However, when I log into this account, it isn't verified. When I try to verify it now, it requires my current ee number, something I do not possess.

I am unable to obtain a number because I cannot purchase a phone because my account is not verified and so it goes in circles.

Can I get any help with this matter?
