I ordered my early upgrade on the 25th September 2018 and received a confirmation email with my tracking number,I haven’t received the phone and my tracking number has “timed out” Whered my phone?!

If the tracking number function isn't working, then give EE a call on 150 and speak to CS about your order.

Are you using your tracking number beginning 00 in the order tracker and not the one beginning XKN?
Our live chat team will be able to give you details on your account and status of your order.

Beautiful people at EE
I upgraded my phone on the 25-11-18 and paid the early upgrade fee and I've not heard a bean not even a text or email saying sorry for the delay ( of which I understood there would be a slight delay) I've now taken a few days off work is it possible someone could give me a rough estimate of when I could be expecting to see the phone 2-5 days? So I can decide whether I need to change the delivery address as it's meant to be going to my work. Best wishes

I can't track as I've only got confirmation of the order and my xdn ?
Number.
I knew I'd probably have a little wait as it's a Samsung S9😁. But I've
just paid my bill and the cost of an early upgrade so I'm a little peeved
at the lack of communication . But it's not bad though as it's the only
criticism of EE I can think of. The Facebook response is 1st class and so
is this forum, I just get frustrated it's like waiting in all-day for some
and them not turning up

You should be able to track your order using the XKN provided, please give this a go and let me know what it says.

Thanks for the reply I have tried that option a few times after discovering
it and it said it couldn't give me any information 😂
On the plus side my protective case turned up last night which I ordered
from Amazon. So I'm all dressed up now ready for the party
