I requested an early upgrade over the phone, you have taken my money for the early upgrade fee and delivery etc, told me it's going to be delivered tomorrow. I have not had any confirmation emails on my order, no texts to say i've paid or no delivery tracking number. The fact i'm here worrying has totally spoilt my customer experience and it is just poor customer service.
I am now considering cancelling my order.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for any emails?

Yes I checked my junk mail, and I checked my ee order and its not even showing but the money has definitely left my account.

If you're worried about your order, I'd recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team who'll be able to check it for you.
