Where is my iPhone 12 Pro?

Pretty self explanatory. I ordered last Monday (26th of Oct) and it said dispatched within 14 days. Well the 14 day period ends on Monday and my order status still shows "Awaiting Confirmation". 

Was it late for anyone else? Whats your experience?

I’ve spoken to CS a few times this week and got told different information as they were due to receive stock last week but didn’t receive it and as of today I now have to wait a further 14 days as they apprently have said it’s up to 28 days when I’m fact when I ordered in store they said 7-10 days and then online it said up to 14 days and the days keep changing 

don’t think I’ll be chasing EE anymore and so I guess I’ll just wait and hope it comes any day soon

ive read other forums and they have said there is a supply shortage or certain parts such as the LIDAR sensor and power management chips which is causing all

the delays

So why are thay telling people different answers because some people are getting told some things and some people are getting told different things, so why don't thay tell everybody the same

Quick update if anyone's interested..

My expected delivery changed from "Awaiting Confirmation" to "11 Nov 2020 - 14 Nov 2020". I didn't receive anything from DPD about the delivery though.

Lets see what happens now.

Since it actually shows an actual timeframe for many people now, it makes me believe that they have the phones in stock? 🤔

Mine has also updated to expected delivery between the 13th and 17th, fingers crossed!

Same happened to me, i just spoke to someone from complaints and after 30 minutes i was told she can confirm my order has been placed and its now another 28 day wait, straight back to the bottom of the list.. This is beyond a joke.

I was supposed to have my phone today

Edit: I'm pretty sure my first order was just completely cancelled (even though i told the customer support lady that my last order was already confirmed and i had a date, it was just 20 days later than i was originally told) and i've now just been put straight back to the back of the queue i guess.. I'm really really not happy
