Pretty self explanatory. I ordered last Monday (26th of Oct) and it said dispatched within 14 days. Well the 14 day period ends on Monday and my order status still shows "Awaiting Confirmation".
Was it late for anyone else? Whats your experience?

When pre-ordering my IPHone 12 Max Pro this morning, I spoke about the problems of customers not receiving the phones or updates, but this is down to Apple messing them about, and elsewhere, have heard that Apple are having problems receiving parts for the pro and that there is a delay in delivering stock unfortunately. It is frustrating for EE and all other networks not receiving enough stock I am sure and customers not receiving their orders.

I placed an order for the same on 25 October and received a text of the delivery order on 1 November and am still awaiting.
I called EE for an explanation, but they did not have much information about my order except asked me to contact DPD for an update.
Not happy with the delivery at all😒

Thats interesting.. You ordered 1 day earlier and got a message from DPD.. lol They're a week late for me then.
Do you have a tracking number at least, so you can track it?

Apparently, it's so bad, Apple is having to cannibalise parts from the iPad Pro to complete manufacturing due to the lack of available parts

I think we all need to realise that there is a pandemic going on, and we are now in another national lockdown.
It really isn’t anyone’s fault.
I had originally ordered my iPhone 12 Pro on the 25th and had no updates other than an email saying they’re all delayed; with my expected delivery being up to 14 days.
My only advise is, if you don’t want to wait for it - cancel your order and but it outright from someone on eBay; the demand will certainly increase the sales price but atleast you won’t have to wait.
I’m still waiting, but I understand no matter how much you complain it won’t make things come any quicker 😄
If you’ve been waiting since before the 25th; I’d recommend contacting EE.. especially if you placed the order online - your order might not even be placed properly 😂

I ordered iPhone 12 pro on the 17th Oct... still no sign of it and the order status still says ‘Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.”
No info from EE when I called other than I would get a text from DPD when it’s ready to ship.
😕

@connorpowell Sorry I can't agree with that, I think everyone here is aware there is a pandemic going on except EE because they insist on giving delivery estimates when they don't even know if they can fulfil them. I personally, and I think others too, wouldn't have minded or even ordered if they couldn't provide a delivery estimate.
It's irresponsible and the fault fully lies with them, take the delivery estimates off or increase them drastically, all they are doing is causing hassle for their CS team.
I'm now 2 days over my 14 day dispatch time, am I frustrated my phone isn't here yet? No. Am I frustrated I was told my phone would be here by now? Yes.
