Where is my iPhone 12 Pro?

Pretty self explanatory. I ordered last Monday (26th of Oct) and it said dispatched within 14 days. Well the 14 day period ends on Monday and my order status still shows "Awaiting Confirmation". 

 

Was it late for anyone else? Whats your experience?

agree with @Joshg122 here.. if they cant guarantee a delivery within the timeframe they specify on the item, they should just say what they say on the grey iphone "as soon as we can" 

 

stop playing the pandemic card..

I ordered the 12 pro 128gb in gold on 19th October and order status still says awaiting confirmation on delivery date

Hi, i've preordered the 12 pro blue 128gb on 19th and got order confirmation on 26th. I was told on 26th that phone should i arrive in 7 days but then order status changed to expected delivery between 9-14th November.

 

Now the order status has changed back to order contirmed, i am actually so confused and **bleep** with ee as there is no clear information around whats happening and when i ll have my phone...

I've ordered the blue iPhone 12 Pro 128gb on the 26th of October, got the confirmation from EE on the same day and when I ordered, it said expect dispatch within 14 days. Today is the 14th day but the order status is still "Awaiting Confirmation".

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if you have a delivery scheduled?

 

Could you check to see if you have any emails from DPD?

Just checked the DPD app, it has no parcel activity and I never received anything from EE other than the original confirmation email on the 26th.
