I want to run a BT diagnostic check as my speed is supposed to average 35mbs, but I average 18. Where do I find this please?

As well as your Access Line ID (ALID) ask CS for your Broadband Service ID (BBEU). You might find you need it for the BT Speedtester's Diagnostics.
