Just wanted to leave a really great review for Ish at the EE shop in Romford. He went above and beyond helping me in store today with my SIM card issue. He even successfully activated my iPad after many tries myself trying to get it to work.Great guy...

Update prompted unlock with password - help please

Hi My phone did an update and I was prompted to unlock the screen with my passcode rather than my finger print and I can't remember my 6 digit passcode.  How  do I get into my phone.  I'm locked out currently as too many attempts!
