I was supposed to receive my new phone yesterday, it hasn't arrived!

So if DPD say it's been delivered somewhere, then the shops say they haven't got it. I've called EE to let them know I havent got it, as the shop advised and then why would I receive a message to say it looks like you've put your old sim in your new phone? 

 

Now I worried someone has my phone and is using it! Plus why am I the one chasing around when none of this is my fault?

When does this show as delivered?

 

Once the store have received this it will need to be processed, when this has been processed you will be notified it's ready to collect. 

 

Does your current SIM still work? if yes, this means your SIM with the upgrade has not been activated.
