When’s my order arriving ?

Ordered the iPhone 12 on the 4th dec. was told the 28 days to receive my phone. Still not text confirmation or change in tracking status. Can I ask someone from ee. How late it will be ?

same concern as you mate, pretty sure its going to take another week or two which is quite disappointing, we should surely be offered some compensation for the delay considering its been almost over a month now @Chevizwiz 

I’ve been having a few issues with ee as of late. And this is starting to become the icing on the cake. I very much doubt they will offer any type of compensation as all they seem to be interested in is collecting your cash. 

And I pressed the solution button accidentally. It has been far from resolved

I chose the iphone 12 pro 128gb. In pacific blue. It was ment to arrive today. As that would be the 28 days up. Amd still no word. And my tracking hasn’t changed. Don’t even have a confirmed delivery date

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB in Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

 

DPD will be in touch when the phone is ready to be delivered.

Well since there is a shortage of stock. And ee are still currently selling this product with a 28 day notice period. Knowing that they can’t possibly fulfill this. Will I and many other customers having the exact same issue. Will we be compensated for the poor and insufficient service ee are providing ?? At the end of the day. We have to stick to our payment dates !! 

In the same boat, ordered mine on 6th December and was quoted 14 days. I do get an update email every Monday but nothing has moved on. 

I did Google this the other day and it appears to be a global issue, so not specific to EE.


Apple and Covid to blame I think.
