My Ipad 2021 Space Grey has been awaiting confirmation for over 2 weeks.

Hi.

I ordered the IPad 2021 Space Grey back in October. It was on Back order but on the 11th November 2021 it changed to awaiting confirmation. Its now 2 weeks later and I haven't heard anything about when my order is arriving. I got told when I made the order I would be one of the first to get it delivered once it was back in stock. It's been almost a month. What is going on?
