My wife's Galaxy A20e has developed an issue with the notifications. Even with the volume turned up to maximum in "sound and vibration", you can barely hear ring tones or other audible notifications. It vibrates correctly. The phone is about a year old. I suspect it is a fault with the phone but just checking in case there is something I have missed...
