Morning!

Not sure if anyone can offer advice, I’ve tried resetting my password for the EE perks website but no email ever comes through to do this. I’ve spoke now to four different workers at EE all of who have offered different advice and I still don’t have a solution. Apparently they’ve spoken to the technical team and I now have to wait another 72 hours to hear back. The last chap I spoke to said is hear back within 24 but that hasn’t happened either! I’m wanting to use a code for my mum but EE are being so unhelpful with this, has anyone managed to get this issue resolved??
