Had a delivery today wouldn't give to me with no photo id....even tho my partner had 2 the day before and I took them off the dpd with no id or anything said really.I don't have photo id and not sure even what happens now the customer care was so bad I ended putting the phone down was so frustrated think gotta wait a week before they get it back and I can do anything like going in-store.....first phone call was told can put password on and go in-store Tuesday cause bank holiday and will be able to pick it up but knew it didn't sound right so called back and got told what I thought that I would have to wait till they receive it even tho they know it's not been delivered cause if no id........sorry for rant am still so frustrated

Do you have the DPD app to track where the order has now gone?
Did our Mobile Care team say that the phone is going to be delivered to the store?
