What do I need to pick up a phone instore

Had a delivery today wouldn't give to me with no photo id....even tho my partner had 2 the day before and I took them off the dpd with no id or anything said really.I don't have photo id and not sure even what happens now the customer care was so bad...

Why do EE keep running credit checks?

I have recently joined EE and can see they ran a credit check when I joined, but have now done another hard search today, does anyone know why they need to do multiple? As if making my score go down.
