Hi im looking to upgrade one of my phones, i logon to the ee website select my phone number, telling me i can upgrade free of charge, select iphone 13 and tried various contracts, but whatever i pick i can't enter my f&f code for the discount. is there a way to fix this?
Its automatically giving me a loyalty 10% discount, is that stopping it? If were to go on as a new customer and do a new phone contract it gives me the option to put my code in and it works, doesn't make any sense, any help much appreciated. Can i ring up and get it sorted over the phone? Otherwise i might aswell switch providers

Yes, the friends and family discount isn't compatible with any other recurring discounts. Are you able to remove the 10% from the checkout?
