Waiting for my order

Hi there, 

 

I received a text this morning confirming my delivery slot. Nothing has been delivered. I tried tracking the order but realised I never received an order number in my confirmation email. Can someone please help me get my order number? I have already checked my junk inbox and there's nothing there.

@_niamh26  Download the DPD app and use your email address that you use with EE this will show you if DPD have a delivery for you.   Your confirmation email of the device has a XKN/XKO number on it this is an order number not a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
