I upgraded yesterday, my choice of handset driven by what was available. The assistant confirmed next day delivery.

 

The order confirmation has no details for tracking and says 'back order'...?

 

Been trying to call 150 all day, spent 50 minutes on hold first thing then you disconnected me saying you couldn't put through.

 

Since, you've gone from closed to we have a problem.

 

But still unable to track any info and nothing on your website, so I ahve taken a day off work, stayed in, and don't know if my phone is arriving today. Or not...

 

Can you help?

What phone did you order?

 

Are you able to download the DPD app and use your contact information and postcode to see if you can track a delivery?
