Hiya. Joined community yesterday. Very quickly advised I'd need to ring 150 as I was wanting to change from monthly DD to Payasyougo. I was not relishing the prospect, particularly as message advised it was approx. 1 hr. + wait! I was fortunate enough to get through to an advisor quickly and, in less than 30mins. all I needed had been resolved - I do have health issues but, obviously, that was not known at EE until I spoke to an advisor!
