PS5 order canceled after being being accepted

Today I decided to bite the bullet add on a PS5+2 controllers to my account.

 

Paid the £20 upfront no problem, and immediately received my confirmation email with my XKO number.

 

Fast forward 12 hours I received another email saying theyve not beem able to accept my order?

 

I appreciate theyre like rocking horse mess at the minute, but what an absolutely appalling customer experience, how was I able to order if there are none in stock (which I can only assume is the problem).

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

 

They will be able to check your order status and find out why this has happened.
