Hi everyone,
I’m looking to upgrade to the iPhone 12 pro in gold, 124 gb.
On the upgrade page it says it would be dispatched when EE get there stock, so I’m guessing there is none available right now for immediate dispatch.
My question is if I was to upgrade today to the new phone and plan, if I have to wait, say a month or so to receive my new phone am I expected to start paying the new cost of the new plan from today (or at least on my next bill)?
I’m currently on a low Sim only contract and I don’t want to jump to paying a higher cost of a plan if I don’t have my new phone at the same time. Do I start paying the new cost of the new plan when I get my new phone or do I have to start paying the new cost of the new plan straightaway? Thank you to anyone who can help. I tried to start an online chat with EE but apparently this service is not available. Thanks, Anna

No you wont pay for the new contract until you receive the handset if your still currently using your number you will be charged for your old contract price until you get the new handset

I meant 128gb NOT 124gb!
