4GEE WIFI Order

Hi 

 

I upgraded my phone deal to include 4GEE WIFI under the £13 a month, 5GB plan.  I was under the impression this came with the 4GEE wifi mini device.  I received the new phone and additional SIM card today in the same package but did not receive the mini device. 

 

Did I misunderstand this when I placed my order or was the device missing from the delivery?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
