Missing order

I’m a longtime customer of EE. I ordered an accessory from online store via my EE account 7 days ago. The order processed fine - completed and I have an order confirmation email  confirming details. I haven’t received the item any update and an hour half on chat to customer service (who closed chat window) I still don’t know what’s going on? The chat team just asked me to complete digital DD form that I’ve already completed as part of order. Completed fine.

Thanks for trying to help.

 

It was a Lenovo tablet.  I did try to track it which returned an apology ‘we cannot track your item at present. Please try again later ‘ type message. 

I did this a couple of times and same prompt . At that point I contacted Chat team who did find the account, verified email confirmation and then could give me any further info.

thanks for the reply - my typo - the chat team didn’t find out why I hadn’t received it and it’s still not arrived ?!

Could the chat team see your order? Did they mention the order's status?
