Hi,
I am upgrading from an Iphone 5C to Iphone 11, I am retaining my existing phone number. I have been sent a new SIM card, do I need the new SIM?
Any help and advice will be gratefully received
Thanks
Ron

EE usually send out a new SIM with upgraded phones incase, for whatever reason, your new phone won't accept your existing SIM.
If your existing SIM will fit in your new phone and works, then absolutely - use it!
