Upgraded online 2 days ago and have received no updates on my delivery

I upgraded online 2 days ago. I recieved the confirmation email but am yet to receive a text with information on the delivery of the phone. Also my reference number in the email is coming up as invalid

@harrisonogunnai   Your reference number is invalid where ?    If you are trying to use a XKN number as a tracking number it's not it's just a order number.    I would call the mobile care team and speak with them about your order.
