Upgraded Apple Watch is not showing on my account

I have just upgraded from Apple Watch 4 series to Apple Watch 6 series and yet it’s not showing my new watch on my account. Can any one explain please

@Vinneylad1  Do you have your new watch yet ?  Is it setup yet if you do have it ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
