galaxy watch lte not working

I'm having trouble getting my galaxy watch working as a standalone device.I purchased it from ee so have the proper tariff in place.ive tried resetting the watch again but still can't get the mobile data working using the wearable app

Yes thanks ee are currently investigating we've tried quite a few things

Sorry, the Galaxy Watch 4G is only compatible with Samsung phones.

 

If you purchased the watch from EE, please see How can I return a device bought within the last 14 days?

Not true this is info from EE site

Compatible with android 5.0 and IOS 

 not only with samsung

Hi @Tomski,

 

They are only compatible with other devices via Bluetooth. To connect with your phone via a personal paired plan, you must be using a compatible Samsung device.
