Hi. I received the above message with regards to my new iPhone 12 pro max. This is the second time this has happened and I am now going to go to another provider. EE staff in store could not understand what had occurred the first time. I have now been waiting a month and will have to start the process again but it will be with another company. Has anybody had the same experience?

Hi. Directly in EE store. When it was cancelled the first time after two weeks the staff couldn’t understand why.

@C3po Did the store staff do anything to find out why it got cancelled?

They phoned helpline and then said they couldn’t find out why. This is why I will now go elsewhere. Poor service.

If you're able to get back in touch with our Customer Care team, they will be able to find out why this has been cancelled and help you to upgrade again.
