Upgrade order delay?

Is there a delay on the iPhone8? Ordered 30/9, no delivery date confirmed as yet.

@nchats  You’ll need to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

If you have an order reference number starting 000 within the email you can use our online order tracker.

 

Once we have your device ready for delivery, DPD will contact you to let you know when this will be delivered.

 

If you would like an update on the delivery give us a call on 150 and we will check your order for you.
