My dad is the bill payer and I have ordered an upgrade phone to be delivered to my house. He does not live in the country and apparently he needs to be the one to show ID and recieve the phone. I asked a staff in an EE store if he needs to be here and they said no. What should I do?

Which phone did you go for?

 

Anyone with the same surname as your dad can sign for the parcel using their own valid form of ID.
