iPhone 12 pro max ordered and there has been no update. A rough estimate of shipping date would be useful, or, an update to the website on all iPhones to let people know how long it will really be.

Hi @Sadiejm ,

 

Sorry to hear you've not had any information with regards your order come through as of yet.

 

It seems to be a common occurance at the moment i'm afraid.

 

Best thing to do is call CS on 150 and select Option 1 to go through to Account Queries and i'm sure that they will be able to help with any information you're waiting on, they've always been happy to help when i've had issues in the past!

 

There are delays all-round as it stands so i wouldn't expect delivery immediately, but hopefully you should be able to get an ETA.
