Upgrade delivery still not arrived

I had an upgrade on my contract and ordered the new XR last Tuesday. I have now waited nearly over a week for its delivery being emailed numerous times saying they can’t deliver it today. I am paying EE for their service and my old phone is supposed to be have been taken too as a trade. This is getting silly now and I would like to know when my phone is going to arrive?!

@HannahLawson007   The new XR ?   The latest iPhone is the SE at present and the XR is a device from 2018.
