If a reboot doesn’t help you may have to put the device into recovery mode and connect it to a computer to reinstall iOS

 

This will delete any data on the phone however you will be able to restore from iCloud or iTunes if you backup to there

 

Information on how to put it in recovery mode can be found here

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks it did not work, had to restore from laptop and sacrifice data
