I have upgraded my phone to an iPhone X and it has been dispatched due to be delivered tomorrow. The phone has a monthly of cost of £49. On the website it stated there was a upfront cost of £150.00 but at checkout it stated the upfront cost was £0. It also stated on the order email confirmation received that the upfront cost was £0 so it contradicts what is on the website. Is this correct?

Check the plan you are upgrading to matches the website. Maybe there is a promo going on.

I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team so they can have a look at your account.
It sounds great that the fee hasn't been applied, but I'd hate for the fee to be charged unexpectedly.
Our team will be able to tell you what has happened with the upfront cost 🙂
