Update on order

I upgraded my phone on Nov 7 and am still awaiting my new phone. 
Can someone please contact me with an update?


At this rate, I’ll miss out on a 2nd start date for my new contract and will have to wait another month before contract renews, which I know will have an adverse affect on my future upgrade date.

Yes, it was the iPhone 12 Pro, 128Gb in Gold.

It was showing an expected date for this week, but has reverted back to ‘awaiting confirmation’.
