Porting

I ported my number to EE but I am unable to get any incoming calls or messages. However when asked EE said the porting is complete.

 

i have already:

-passed 72 hours

-restarted my phone 

Please let me know how to solve this

@Arshee01  Have you tried restarting the device ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes, I have. Also I connected again with EE and they confirmed the porting.
However I am unable to receive incoming calls and messages

Are you able to make calls?

 

What phone are you using?

 

Is this happening with all incoming calls?

Do outgoing calls & texts show your correct, ported number?
