Can anyone help please I’ve received an email saying that my iPhone XS what I was trading in for cash has not been received, I posted the phone on the 20/11/2020 and paid for the special delivery, have got the order tracking number. Checked the tracking of the phone and it was delivered on 23/11/2020

If you can reply to the email do so and inform them of the delivery method and tracking number confirming delivery.

I have had the same...  Looking online it seems the company that EE "Partner" with doesn't have a great track record with this:

I did yeah after speaking to someone on the online chat and emailing the company with my reference number and tracking number, it was sorted in a few days
