ordered my upgrade of the iPhone 12 pro 128gb in gold on the 19th of November, been told several times off staff that I would have it by certain dates about 5 times now and still not received. Don’t understand why they tell you a date when it’s not going to show? Getting frustrated now as been told it may not come until Boxing Day!! Plus on a contract so wil get charged for the phone + the contract even though not received the phone? Makes no sense

Have you checked EE order tracking?
Ultimately delays are because Apple cannot produce the stock as parts aren't available. The same for many electronic devices because of the pandemic. Not much can be done about this.

Yes, I actually got another email saying it’ll be here between the 9th and 14th, but when I phoned yesterday I got told that it was impossible for it to come during these dates and I shouldn’t be given a date, it’s just annoying being given a date and it not coming for that one. Just giving us all false hope.
