Just looking at deals on upgrades and have one stating save £500 with trade in. I've selected the phone & plan, accepted the trade in T&Cs and gone to the basket and now it states at checkout £500 will be taken off the upfront price of your new phone. But the upfront price is £0??!! So does that mean no £500 off? I'm getting really annoyed with these click-baity "deals" and loyalty bonuses which basically amount to nothing or the deal not working at checkout.

It’ll be a genuine offer otherwise this is called false advertising and that is illegal. £500 off might even be over the term of the contract. But please post a link to it.
