Looking for some assistance.
I'm looking at unlocking my Huawei B525s-23a router.
I have read on the community posts that
@Leanne T from the EE community team was very helpful to the other previous bloggers who wanted the same assistance

I bought it through Facebook was told I could unlock it by phoning customer services wich I did, was told they could and would take 72 hours, after waiting 72 hours I have heard nothing

I was told by customer services there was no charge for the service.i don't mind paying

If you purchase a device second hand there is an £8.99 charge to unlock the router.

Seems this is a common problem now, I am also having zero luck direct to unlock mine also, provided new from EE , I have been passed around many times with no result or code supplied, been told the unlock department is closed and also received a text saying my device isn't even locked, yet it is when you access the available networks list
